Ludicrous fines for overstaying 2hrs. Less for speeding! It must affect the retailers. I won't shop here again because of it. Next kept me waiting more than half an hour for a refund after trying an online order on which pushed me over the 2hrs I wasn't aware of. I am now £60 poorer.

Went to Smith with my boys and stayed 2hour 16 minutes . Got £100 penalty! That’s not fair.

Fined £85 for overstaying the measly 2 hour allowance, which is ridiculous when I’m shopping in the stores in the car park. Evil company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went there to Smyths Toys and Next for Xmas shopping . Parked 2 hours 27 mins as didn’t realise 2 hour limit. Now have parking fine £85. Beware!!!!!
